My room had a heater, and it worked efficiently. The hotel provided an extra pillow and blanket. I appreciated that. The location proved PERFECT!!!

the location was okay and the superior twin room was a good size.
the lifts where a problem. i waited a long time and the lifts just weren't efficient, with too many people trying to use them. the breakfast room was far too busy, the staff struggled to keep up with refilling the food and plates, it felt more like a hostel.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and transportation i found a 24/7 diner and supermarkets close by that was convenient. the hotel had tasty restaurants and a good snack store with protein shakes i liked this very much. the staff were very friendly and helpful answering all my questions readily. i was given a room with a sofa which was a lovely addition
waiting for the lifts sometimes took a while there were two lifts to reach my floor and the wait times could be lengthy

I had a room that was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. I found the location VERY near the underground station. The location allowed walking distance to the shopping center and other destinations.
The lift service was a bit slow. It took a while to get to my floor sometimes.

The location is excellent and near a subway station. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. I will definitely consider staying here again.
The elevators were inadequate. I had to wait a long time. There was loud drilling noise through the walls every day. The pillows were quite thin.

the room was small for the price, and the television was also quite small. i also noted the shower cleanliness was not ideal, a bit disappointing.
